Nasani I’m a 36D and originally purchased the medium size. They worked well as nipple covers and were discreet under thicker fabrics with seams or ruching. However, they were slightly visible under smooth or thin tops. Based on a TikTok recommendation, I decided to try the large size, but I wasn’t happy with them. They felt less secure—I noticed them shifting whenever I bent over—and they caused some irritation. I plan to go back to the medium size. These definitely do not lift or shape the breast; they just serve as coverage to prevent ‘headlights’ from showing.

B I wear a 40D so following the size guide I ordered the OG which probably had worked out for me if I was 10yrs younger before I had a kiddo (iykyk) I definitely should have trusted my gut and got the + size. These fit more like a pasties and I was hoping for a little more coverage like the ads show.
Other than the sizing issue these are a great product, I tried them out under my sports bra and the stayed in place and did not irritate my sensitive skin at all!

Madyson M I picked the middle size because the description fit my bra size. (OG-B-DD) But it didn’t really take into account nipple/areola size and so it covers it but not enough to round everything out. Wish a I got a bigger size just for the shaping aspect.
