I got the regular size triangles when they first came out…but they just didn’t cover my mastectomy scars like the round cakes+ do. Gaven them to a friend. Was so happy when I saw the + size triangles. Wore them the night I got them…they are perfect for deep cut dresses/ tops!

I’ve worn my cakes every day since I got them. They work great, I’ve worn them with loose-fitting tee shirts, slim fit tee shirts, and tight tops. Loose-fitting is a bit iffy, but they stay pretty good with a little warm water or lotion prior to application. I’ve also found they stay better on the most level part of your breast. For me, I have to place them higher than you’d expect, but the nips are still covered and they stay all day.

i am removing all the little pads that come with my sports bras and using these instead now. Can’t believe i waited this long!

Believe the product details! I wore these and forgot they were there. Application and removal was such a cinch!

I want to thank cakes body for thinking about woman who had to have breast surgery. Just seeing that they offer products for post mastectomy made me feel included and cared for. Those are also great products! I tried many off brands and end up buying 2 of cakes and planning to get more.
I had double mastectomy with reconstruction 3 months ago , non nipple sparring, and cakes are helping me in several ways. 1) I have small knots at the end of my anchor incisions that stick out just enough to look like nipples under the clothes, and sometimes i do need to cover them when go without bra. 2) Without nipples i felt that my breast shape was off, but cakes add that little bit of shape to where nipples should be just to make overall shape more real and just better. 3) They also add just a little bit of volume/ size to make projection more prominent. Helps to avoid the hamburger buns look.
I love this product ! On me they grip very well even with loose fitting clothes, but may not work like that for everyone. And i am so happy that they have a sticky option now too.
Wearing and owning those really helped with my body image and adjusting to my new body.
Also the OG is a great size! just perfect. The biggest ones are a bit too big for me , with small c cup. I can still wear them, but OG fits better. It s like a bra insert that you can wear without a bra.
I really want to get one with the nipple and also a sticky ones too, just to have those options.

I love them! They fit perfectly and stay in place when used under snug clothes or a bra. I forget that they are even there. I just bought some for my mom. Wearing bras hurts her so I think she's going to love them as well. I'm now considering getting the sticky ones for wearing under my flowy tops. Highly recommend!

I love my cakes, they are simple and don’t irritate my skin.

Coming from the president of the Itty bitty titty committee, I have never been able to wear a strapless bra. With cakes I can wear absolutely anything and I'm so happy with my purchase. They are comfortable and they are reusable. I got the triangles so I could wear deep v necks. Do yourself a favor and just buy them! Worth it!

After seeing these ads for months on my social media, I finally took the plunge and bought both the triangle and the circles. And I don't think it would be an exaggeration to say these are life-changing!

I've worn them so much that my 5-year-old daughter asked if she could get some since "Mommy loves them, so I will too." hahaha

Needless to say, I highly recommend!

I bought the triangles and I love them. I wear them under my Boody bra's which are elastic and bamboo. The cakes are virtually invisible no matter what color top I am wearing. I will have to add to my review as the summer in South Florida approaches and you can't stop the sweat. That will be the telltale sign. So far, our hot days have not affected the cakes.
I am very glad I bought the triangles. The round would have been huge on me. I'm 5'4" and a small B cup. I also think having the smaller triangle is better for the hot weather. Time will tell.

Cakes are extremely comfortable, and do not slip out of place. No more pulling or tugging a strapless bra to keep it in place. I have tried other products and they are very uncomfortable to remove after use, Cakes easily pull away with no pain or irritation. Thank You!
