Start with clean, dry, lotion-free skin.
- Remove the long tab and place tape on your skin. Remove the short tab and press firmly.
- Remove the large backing, press fabric onto tape and hold briefly to secure.
How to Remove
- Gently peel clothing away from skin while holding your skin in place — keep tape attached to the fabric.
- Once tape is off your skin, slowly peel it away from the fabric.
