DOMESTIC EXCHANGES 

We are pleased to now offer free domestic (US) exchanges.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your order date accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, exchanges can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging. Exchanges cannot be returned or exchanged again.

After processing your exchange request, CAKES body will provide you a free return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, your exchange product will be shipped to you. We'll waive standard ground shipping fees for exchanges.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the exchange period for the CAKES Corset Cami by TA3 will be 21 days from your order date.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date, accompanied by proof of purchase, and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unworn, unused, original condition items in original packaging.

After processing your return request, CAKES body will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window or the return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment.

*Handling fees are applied to all domestic returns (US). Returns of are subject to a $4.99 handling fee for each item.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the return period for the CAKES Corset Cami by TA3 will be 21 days from your order date. Returns for the CAKES Corset Cami by TA3 will be subject to a $15.00 handling fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We apologize that we are not able to accept international returns or exchanges at this time.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please visit right of withdrawal within the 14-day period. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
