Returns: The $15 discount is allocated proportionally across all items in the order. Refunds are issued at the discounted price paid per item, not the original retail price. Standard return fees apply, including the $4.99 return processing fee. Returns are subject to the CAKES body® return policy in effect at the time of return. If a return causes the order to no longer satisfy the promotion's qualifying purchase requirement, CAKES body® reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect the promotional discount originally received.
Exchanges: Exchange credit is issued at the original retail value of the item returned. The promotional discount is not reapplied to exchanged items. An even exchange (same item, different size) requires no additional payment. If the replacement item is priced higher than the exchange credit, the customer is responsible for the price difference plus applicable sales tax. Tax paid on the original item is refunded and tax is charged on the replacement item. Exchange credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or applied to a future order.
