I recently purchased the Cakes size Itty Bitty, and I love them. They are comfortable and allow me to wear tops that I never would have considered before because of all the alternative bras that I would have needed. They also add a carefree element to summer clothing. I just purchased the OG and look forward to it arriving.
Very pleased; especially nice with summer tanks & anytime I want coverage for the nips but dont want to wear a bra.

I have to admit.. I tried a cheaper brand of nippy covers and then got Cakes.. I am in love! I can actually wear what I want now and have great coverage and even a tiny bit of shaping under my shirts. They are comfy and high quality.. I got two pair for all the things! I’m very happy with my purchase!!
These are perfection! I was using cheap silicone nipple covers with adhesive and they would make my nipples so sore. I was always worried about the toxins and chemicals that might be leeching into my body. But I don't even notice the cakes nipple covers and I feel so much better knowing that they are completely safe and toxic free!
I know it sounds cliche, but these really are game changing! I’ve tried different nipple covers in the past, but the adhesive always irritates my skin. But with Cakes, that’s not something you have to worry about at all! I wore these all day at a theme park recently and they were so comfortable I couldn’t feel them all day. Absolutely love them, and if I ever need another pair I will be buying more! For reference, I am usually a 32D and the original size fits perfectly.
I ordered CAKES to try and let me tell you they are amazing in every way. From now on they will always be in my every day wear. These are perfect for my large busts I wear 40DDD. I am 60 years old and lost over 100 pounds in the last 1 and half years and and I needed something comfortable for the extra sagging of my large weight loss. These provide that extra lift I needed and they look and feel wonderful.
These nipple covers are great, I have been looking for nipple covers that are bulky that still show through clothing and these are perfect, you don't see the outline like on most nipple covers I have come across.
My first purchase was the itty bitty size, which I bought according to the size chart. I really liked them, but decided to try the OG out and wow! I love the coverage and shaping they provide. If your in my camp in terms of bust size, give the OG a try!
I love this product. I have always struggled with being able to wear tank tops without a bra. And wearing bras are just to uncomfortable in my opinion. I wear a 34DD, so for me I ordered the standard size. I do wish I had ordered a bigger size only because I can just barely see the circle outline. This doesn’t cause them to be defective, just my own personal preference. I’m too lazy to order another pair so I will be keeping this pair. But I absolutely love them. They’re perfect for a hot day when the only thing you wanna wear is a tank top or a tube top. I wish I had these sooner!
Summer is coming up so I’ll be wearing tightly fitted tops more often. However, my nipples are prominent and I don’t wear bras. I decided to give these a try and they’re perfect for me! Cakes are seamless & leave no residue. I tried it with a looser shirt and they do slightly lift off my skin, no doubt there’s a chance they would’ve fallen off if I was doing something other than walking/sitting around. Fortunately, I only need my Cakes for tighter tops/bathing suits. I don’t need them for loose tops, since my nipples don’t show when I wear them. 10/10!

The product seems to work well(wore once) but it would be helpful for the package to come with washing and storing instructions!
