Discontinue use of grippy CAKES if any irritation occurs. grippy CAKES can be used while at the gym or swimming; however, if moisture occurs under the nipple covers, dry and clean them before continuing use.

Sweating excessively or swimming in sticky CAKES is not recommended. If worn while swimming or exercising, immediately rinse with warm water and air-dry both sides of your sticky CAKES before continued use.

Yes, sticky CAKES are reusable. Rinse both sides with warm water. Air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Once completely dry, place your sticky CAKES back on their branded protective sheets for safe storage. Do not store sticky CAKES directly on the hard plastic form, as it will strip the adhesive. With proper care, wear your sticky CAKES again & again (up to 10 times!)
