MOM & ME SHOPPING SPREE SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sweepstakes Name

  • Mom & Me Shopping Spree Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").

2. Sponsor

  • The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CAKES Body, LLC (the "Sponsor").
  • Sponsor address: 1801 Century Park East, 24th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90067, US.

3. Eligibility

  • The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors and affiliates of Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period

  • The Sweepstakes begins on August 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) and ends on September 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Entry Period").
  • All entries must be received during the Entry Period.

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, participants may enter by completing the following:

  1. Follow @cakesbody and @cupcakesbycakesbody on Instagram.
  2. Like the Sweepstakes post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments of the Sweepstakes post. Each eligible comment counts as one additional entry.
  4. Optional Chance for Bonus Entry: Join the @shopcupcakes waitlist through the link in its Instagram bio to receive five (5) additional bonus entries.
  5. Bonus: Share the Sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story and tag @cupcakesbycakesbody to receive five (5) additional bonus entries. Entrant must maintain a public account or otherwise be able to provide proof of sharing upon request.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or earn bonus entries.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

6. Entry Requirements

  • Entries must comply with these Official Rules and all applicable Instagram terms and policies.
  • Entries must not contain illegal, offensive, inappropriate or infringing material.
  • Entries that do not comply with these requirements may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Selection

  • One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around September 7, 2026.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Mom & Me Shopping Spree Prize Package, consisting of:

  • One (1) $500 Ulta gift card;
  • One (1) $50 Starbucks gift card;
  • A one-year supply of Sticky CAKES™, defined as 12 PAIRS
  • The Cupcakes product collection, plus a limited-edition Magic Bolt Charm.

The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize package is $1,080.

No cash alternative or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if necessary.

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers. Sponsor is not responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Notification of Winner

  • The potential winner will be contacted only by @cakesbody via Instagram direct message and may also be announced via Instagram Stories.
  • The potential winner will be required to respond within 48 hours of notification.
  • If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.
  • Sponsor will never require payment or financial information to claim the prize.

10. Publicity

  • Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, likeness, social media handle and statements relating to the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries, technical failures or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

12. Liability Release

  • By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

  • The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in California.

14. Privacy

  • Personal data collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://cakesbody.com/policies/privacy-policy
  • Participants who elect to join the Cupcakes waitlist may receive marketing communications in accordance with the disclosures presented at signup and may unsubscribe at any time.
  • California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable California privacy laws, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

15. Social Platform & Brand Disclaimer

  • This Sweepstakes and promotion are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Ulta, or Starbucks.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Ulta or Starbucks.

16. Winners List

Participants may request the name of the winner by sending a written request within 15 days after the Sweepstakes ends to the address below. Requests received after this period may not be honored. The winner list will include the winner's name and state/province of residence only.
