2. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Cakes Body, LLC (the "Sponsor").

3. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, residing in the United States.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor, and immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• Void where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period

• The contest begins on September 18th, 2024 at 12 pm EST and ends on September 25th at 12 pm EST (the "Entry Period").

5. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must follow @cakesbody on Instagram, tag 1 friend on the contest announcement post, and tag additional friends for bonus entries.
• Entries must be submitted by September 25th 12 pm EST.
• Entries must comply with the following guidelines:

6. Entry Requirements

• All entries must be original work created by the participant.
• The entry must not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.
• Entries that do not meet the above requirements will be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by random draw on or around September 25th after 12 pm EST.
• Judging criteria (if applicable):
• Followed @cakesbody on Instagram and tagged a friend in the comments of contest announcement post
• The decision of the Sponsor or judges is final and binding.

8. Prizes

• The winner(s) will receive $5,000 for a CAKESTOPIA Closet Revamp.
• Approximate retail value of the prize(s): $5,000.
• No cash alternative or substitution of prizes is permitted except by the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes or other expenses related to the prize.

9. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified by social media DM within 1 week of the contest end date.
• If a winner does not respond within 10 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

10. Publicity

• By entering the contest, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

12. Liability Release

• By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the contest or the acceptance and use of any prize.

13. Governing Law

• The contest is governed by the laws California, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

14. Privacy

• Personal data collected during the contest will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at https://cakesbody.com/policies/privacy-policy.

15. Compliance with California Law

• In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), participants have the right to request the deletion of any personal data provided to the Sponsor.
• Contest participants may also request a list of winners by sending a written request to: Cakes Body, LLC 17383 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 902272 within 15 days after the contest's end date.
