They stay on. I don't even notice they are there. These are great when I just wanna be comfortable and I don't wanna mess with a bra.

I am allergic to adhesive so I have never tried nipple stickers or anything related to that but when I found out, this brand has the non-adhesive and my NYE outfit needed a slight cover up in that area. I gave this brand a shot. My size is AA and my outfit he shear in the chest area. These cakes are a game changer. Super happy these cakes exist because you could not tell through the sheer dress and they held up all night perfectly where they were placed without moving. PS: I was on the dance floor the whole time.
They give me a little lift and I like that they are sticky unlike the original ones I got which were grippy cakes non adhesive.
