I needed something to cover up my nips under clingy materials and these are perfect.
I had a double mastectomy 12 years ago, to treat my left breast cancer. I opted to have both breasts removed, anticipating it would be easier for them to be the same size after reconstructive surgery. That was never the case. After undergoing 3 more breast revisions over the last 10 years, I had come to the conclusion they would never be close to the same size. One side was full and firm, while the other appeared saggy and deflated.
A friend mentioned Cakes, and I also recall seeing them on Shark Tank, but they didn’t have the Volume product at that time. Anyway, when I saw the Cakes with Volume on their website, I thought this just might work to fill out my bra on the saggy side. When I got it, I used one with the volume on top. I couldn’t believe it! This was just what I needed to “even the girls out”. What’s also nice is that it’s just as effective if I’m wearing a bra or not.

I loved my original CAKES order so much that I had to order the sticky CAKES. I had a little issue with that order but I contacted customer service and they responded right away and helped me solve the issue right away. I highly recommend CAKES!

Absolutely the best purchase I have made my entire life. This product have made my life sooo much easier when trying to wear anything low cut or strapless. I love the bra no bra feeling and never having to worry about them falling off my chest.
These “circles” are nearly invisible even under a more snug shirt. They stay in place even with sweaty skin and if the bottom is a little loose. They are extremely comfortable, easy to clean and especially great for hot summer days when bras feel too constricting- I am impressed to say the least!
I love that I'm able to just put these on and take these on as I please especially when certain tops don't come with good quality padding. When I'm with family, I like to not wear bra in my room but I put them on out of respect in front of male members (just how I was raised). It's great to have that flexibility and be able to wear them with just about any top and it not hurt when taking them off. Love these! They're a fashion must-have item!

They are so comfortable and stay in place. I have one breast larger than the other and I wear two on top of each other. I wish you could make a set a little thicker in size.

I bought cakes back when they did not have any sticky ones and they have held up well. After 50+ wears though, I was about due for a new set and purchased both the triangle and the circle cakes with the sticky stuff. So far I am LOVING them. They have held up/stayed in place well under loose tops and some dancing. I am not sure how long the stickiness will last as I do often wear them dancing and I am a perspiring girly, but am hoping it will be a while!

I expected to be a victim of good marketing, but instead I am delighted by a product I never knew I needed, that does exactly what it says. They are undetectable, they do not budge, they do not cause irritation, and they provide just the coverage I was looking for under form fitting tops or under thin comfy bralettes. I don't notice any lift or support on my 34D's, but I wasn't expecting that. Super happy with this product, I bought these and the triangles and they are just great!!
The grippy CAKES have been life changing for me. I have been able to ditch my bra and wear clothing with confidence without a bra. I DO wear a very close fitting undergarment, which I think helps keep these in place. They are super comfortable a I'm not even aware that they are there. LOVE LOVE LOVE these! My only regret is that I didn't figure out this was a thing earlier. I discovered them through a NYTimes Wirecutter article.
I’m a very large and heavy breasted woman. It’s very refreshing to find a cleavage bra that literally fits. stays on and supports the girls. This is opened up an opportunity for me to wear many more variations of fashion.

On June 30th, 2025 I order the sticky cakes, and OOOOO MYYYYY, to my surprise it truly sticks!!! Finally CAKES got it right. Last year I purchased the original cakes and they were falling off...I did contact customer service and they told me it sticks with a tight tee shirt and your body heat. It did not work and they were constantly on the floor! And if they weren't on the floor it was somewhere lost in my tee shirt. I was very impressed with the latest version. MARIAE
